Haven
Ok...we can start the story about Haven..and then I will put a few pics of her to let you know things. This is a pic of haven just the other day on her way to the school bus for school. This is about as much of my daughter as I see of her. Her father received custody of her on July 1, 2002. He did not receive custody because I messed up or anything like that. Once again we will reiterate the stuff with the other things. If you follow the rest of my pages then you will fully understand what is going on. But she is almost 6 this year and she is starting first grade...
When she was placed with her dad...he left the state of Virginia. I have no clue as to what he told her but I am under the impression that he lied to her to get her to not ask questions. Since he was awarded custody in July of 2002 he has not managed to do much of anything. We used to get a choice few limited calls with her but as of now I have not received any calls for 5 months..and then to make matters worse I have not been able to see her in almost 2 years. I miss her greatly but this is just one of the examples of what goes on with the people of Social Services. I seem to have no choice in the matter (as it seems) and although I am trying to get this taken care of it is becoming more difficult by the day. There will be more explanation in here due to the case of what happened.
Yes this child seems like a happy go lucky kid but with the proper attention you can make this child happy no matter what. She left with her dad in July 2002 and I saw her for court in October 2002. Then I appealed it upon which her father came to court but there was NO HAVEN...when we had court that day the child had an order placed for her that although I did not get visitation rights I had a right to call her..as the court order said "as parties agree"..but they will not agree with me...so initially when she left I went from two calls a week to one to NOTHING...have not spoken with her in almost 5 months...I (as well as the father) know that coming there to see her is a difficult thing..but who is to say that he will let me come and see her...he won't even let me talk to her..so if I make a trip all the out there to see her what is that going to be like. He knows I have court orders that keep me here and I can not keep a job because they take LOTS of money out for child support. So I am anticipating the day I can see her. Her birthday is coming up this month and she is going to be 6. I will keep you posted due to a hearing that is coming up in reference to her this month.
