**This is dated the 10th of May...and also it was sworn on the 16th of May**

**here are the valid points within this letter...first to go on the fact of what my  house looked like**

No I am in no way making an excuse for what happened.  YES I did refuse them into my home the day that they brought this lady out to my house.  But if you look back to another portion of this site you will notice that I said I was severely sick to the point where I coughed bad if I spoke to anyone.  Once again that started me off on a bad foot.  But also take into account they say that they entered my home later on upon my departure to seek someplace to go to prevent the removal of my kids.

**I was told by another tenant and also the assistant manager at the time..which one does not know if it is the truth or not...but I was told that they never entered my house...they only saw the house from the front window...and I would also like to point out that whether it is true or not because it is hearsay I was told that they could not find the key**

Also another valid point is...first off if they did enter my home then what they saw was not what they say that they saw.  And what they say that they saw was debris shoulder high.  Once again i would like reiterate that it was not shoulder high it was waist high and there was not what they say was there in that room.  The room had boxes and bags of which I dumped out due to running out of boxes while moving.  There was NO TRASH because the stuff was moved in there so tight that I did not go into that room but to start unpacking the stuff that was in it.  I did not go in there to eat.  Initially upon first moving in we ate in my room or in the kitchen.  I was pregnant and I was trying to not over exert myself.  So yes I admit that there was a little bit of a problem there.  But not to the point that they made it sound.

** I would also like to point out another REALLY REALLY VALID POINT...one that shows that someone was bound to do what they had to do to stiff me in any way possible**

The worker in which they keep speaking about was the woman that founded the case.  And no disrespect to her because she seemed to realize later (to no avail to the others) that I had made a change...whether it was needed or not.  But the other woman in which is spoken about in this document is the lady if you read into it...was a part of an organization that they wanted me in..the head woman of this Organization wanted me to have a PPO established.  But yet it also states that upon her meeting with me once that she already knew I was going to be resistant and also it states in black and white....quote "This lady wanted me to have a Psychological Assessment to determine if there were any mental health reasons that impaired my functioning"..how was this woman able to make that judgement upon just meeting with me.  I met with her once and then she made that call..so once again that is why I say that she knew nothing of me...

Preliminary Protective Order

Child Protective Services received a call regarding the poor housing condition of Ms. **** and her three children.  On the first visit, Ms. **** refused the workers entry in her home; workers could see a hall way and part of the living room from the front door.  Ms. **** agreed for her children to stay elsewhere until her house was cleaned and inspected by CPS.  Several days later, the entire home was viewed and Ms. **** confirmed that condition the worker saw it in was the same as the afternoon of the visit. The entire living room was filled with debris to height of being shoulder high.  The debris consisted of pizza boxes and other food wrappers and containers, food (hamburger bun and chocolate cookies), soda cans, and toys.  In subsequent visits, her home was found to be in marginally satisfactory condition; however, it was necessary to remind her to clean her home as the conditions were nearing an unacceptable range.  Throughout the dealings with Ms. ****, she has offered a myriad of reasons as to why her home was in the condition and in none does she accept responsibility herself.

keghan's teeth are in poor condition and during a previous investigation, the worker had Ms. **** make a dental appointment.  The child went to the dentist and restoration work was begun; follow up appointments were made but Ms. **** failed to show up.  Keghan's teeth are still in need of treatment and because of the missed appointments the previous dentist will not see him.  She was advised to find another provider to finish the work and she had not done this.

Prior to staffing the case with ***, Ms. ******* accompanied this worker to the home.  Ms. **** hedged about letting the workers in.  She consented after she was reminded of the initial agreement to cooperate with DSS.  Worker made a referral to *** and in order for them to work with her, they have requested a PPO be secured in order to ensure full cooperation.  Ms. **** also wants a psychological done on Ms. **** to determine if there are mental health reasons that impair her functioning.
