Onto points in this letter!!

If you pay attention to the letter she states that Zachary's immunizations were delinquent.  Well that is because he was going to another clinic and they would not do any shots unless he was not having a fever.  Which caused a problem.  Finally I got tired of taking him to that doctor and took him to the new pediatric doctor in which they then caught him up.

In reference to Keghan's teeth..well we all knew that it was a problem.  And with the medical insurance that he was on there were very few dental doctors in this area to do the work..when we found a dentist that is when he began to go.  With Social Services being there for everything I did wrong and not for everything else(including what I did right) keghan ended up getting kicked out of the practice that he was going to.  It was back to finding a brand new dentist.  That took some time due to once again the same problem in which I had the first time.  No dentist took the medical insurance in which they had.  When I finally set him up with one that is when he started to go.  Upon at that time he had his teeth removed.

As follows is Keghan's letter of which he wrote to me on his last visit with me (april 21st, 2004):

(**Keep in mind that I will eventually scan that so you can see that heads on and for yourselves**)

Mommy,

I miss you very very much.  I love you very very much.  I want to go home!

                                                                                                              Love Keghan

(**then below that he drew some pics..some stars with a house...a sun a moon...it is a cute picture that he drew for me below his letter**)

This is a letter from the Peds doctor:

It is dated September 20, 2002 (which is shortly after them being taken..sept. 2nd 2002)

To whom it may concern:

I am writing concerning the medical care and treatment initiated by Jennelle for her children, Haven, Keghan, Zachary and Lily.

My primary contact has been with Zachary since 9 months of age.  Though his vaccinations were initially delinquent, Jennelle complied with the recommended requirements to up-date his required immunizations.  During this period, Zachary's growth and development were within normal limits.  Jennelle also sought medical attention for Zachary appropriately and followed the prescribed medical advice.

I have taken care of Lily since birth.  Jennelle primarily breast-fed Lily for the first 6 weeks of her life.  She also scheduled and kept Lily's routine well-child appointments and immunizations.  As with Zachary she sought medical attention when Lily was ill.

My care of Keghan and Haven was limited to one well-child exam each in August of 2001.  Both children were up-to-date with their immunizations at that time.  Their growth and development were age-appropriate.  Keghan's exam was only significant for dental caries and a dental exam was recommended at that time.

In general, Jennelle has complied with the necessary preventive and urgent medical care for her children.
