I am paying her father almost two hundred a month for child support (and given that has not taken place due to no employment) yet I am not able to see her.  Whenever I go into court they tell me that Child Support and Visitation have nothing to do with one another.  So YEP YOU GUESSED IT...if I am not paying child support then I still have a right to see her.  And I am not trying to step out of my duties as her mother but I have asked when he was currently in the state to allow me to see her and that was a battle in itself.  Then I heard things from  his mother that he believed that if I paid child support then I would be able to see her...which we will be all honest...I did pay it and was not getting any rights WHAT SO EVER. So where he got that mess one may never know.  It did not matter if I was paying for her or not..he still refused me to see her any way other then what he told me that he was willing to allow.

Now the final child I am writing about is my baby...and although Haven went through less..I feel that Lily has gone through just as much as the rest of them.  Her father sends me e-mails requesting for info on her but yet he is in totally unwilling to give me any answers to her.  He only wants to give for as much as he asks..when I ask for pics or to know about my daughter he acts as if that is a lot to ask.  She initially was in foster care and then placed with her father in February of 2003.  Since then my daughter has been all over the place.  He states that she has problems with her speech but I have seen things to otherwise counteract why she is the way that she is.  First off you do not place an almost newborn (that is being nursed nonetheless) in a foster home for a month and then place her in another one..Now given the second foster parent treated her quite well it was not the point of the matter.  My daughter was put into foster care in sept. 2002 and then moved to another home in october 2002.  Then her father received custody in feb. 2003..which upon that placement he moved a couple of times.  He also restricted me from seeing her and basicly told me that in order for me to see this child I would have to pay to see her.  That is where the problem fell in.  YES I would have LOVED to see my daughter but I had no money to pay for all the things in which I was paying and still pay to see her.  And that did not go into Child Support Matters.  He wanted me to pay child support and then he wanted me to pay to see her somewhere else just to be able to see her.  That is and was not possible.

This is a current pic of Lily. Her father is in the navy so quite recently he moved out of state to Oklahoma.  This is hard on me as well as my other kids because I nor are they seeing her.  He refused to follow the court order and let me see her.  Now I issued this man a Criminal Show Cause because he was not complying with the order but when we went to court the other day the judge once again ruled in the favor of everyone else.  So it seems to me that no matter what I go into court for things are NEVER justified.
