This is a prime example of the things in which I am talking about.  They say that they had come to my house and that there were two reports. No there was only one.  As of sometime in November there was a paper sent to me to acknowledge the charge for inadequate supervision was unfounded.  Yet if you look at any reports from recently they are still using that as a reason.  How I do not know!!

But there are some things to counteract.  Like for starters is says that they provided me with housekeeping instructions...lol..their housekeeping instructions were "YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE".  Then the nutrition planning. Well they brought me a meal chart and ask me to write down what I fed my kids.  They got mad because I made my son oodles of noodles for lunch.  I was like I am sorry that it was not cavier (however you spell that) and other things that WE do not eat.  But alot of the services that they say that they tried to provide they did not.  And that is just honestly.

**This is the plan that was put into the court and it is dated November 4, 2002**

State briefly why child came into care and why placement was needed.

On September 4, 2002, Keghan, Zachary and Lily *** were taken in to the ***** **** Department of Social Services custody on an Emergency Removal Order.  The children were removed from their mother, Jennelle ****, due to poor housekeeping and inadequate supervision.  This agency's Child Protective Services Unit had two investigations regarding Ms. *****'s poor housekeeping and inadequate supervision of her children.  Reportedly, the first complaint investigated, was not complete as the mother refused to let the worker into the home.  The second complaint investigated, the Child Protective Services Worker worked with the mother on a safety plan and Ms. ***** left the apartment until it was cleaned.  The Child Protective Services worker referred the case to ****** *** ****, the committee recommended a Preliminary Protective Order (PPO) as the mother had been resistant to service.  According to the record, *** attempted to provide intensive home based services for three and a half months with no progress or success.  The situation continued to remain poor in the home.  Ms. ***** continued resistant to services, poor nutrition, lack of follow through with services for medical appointments, poor hygiene of the family, and emotional abuse of the oldest child Keghan.

Describe services offered to prevent removal.  If no services given, explain why.

The *** team attempted to provide intensive home based services with no success.  These services included: housekeeping instructions, nutrition meal planning, nurturing instructions, modeling for the mother, boxes to assist with clutter, transportation, grocery shopping, socialization with the children, redirecting of the children, counseling, budgeting forms to assist with expenditures and saving methods, information and referral for school clothes and supplies, furniture referral to ***** **** ****, and self sufficiency planning to get drivers license or employment.

Keghan, Zachary and Lily were residing with their mother, Jennelle ****, in a three bedroom apartment located in ****.  Ms. **** is a twenty four year old single parent of four children.  At the time of the children's removal, Ms. **** was unemployed.  Reportedly, she received TANF benefits in the amount of $***** dollars monthly and Food Stamps in the amount of $***** dollars monthly.  Ms. **** also received WIC vouchers for each child.  The whereabouts of Zachary and Keghan's father's were unknown at the time of removal.  Lily's alleged father, **** ****, was out of the country while serving in the Armed Forces.

Haven ****, the second to the oldest child was residing with her maternal grandparents in ****.  According to reports, each child suffered from poor nutrition, lack of stimulation and nurturing.

Keghan, age 6, was attending **** Elementary School.  Reportedly, Keghan had poor school attendence during this school year.  Keghan's general health appeared normal; however, he had several teeth pulled due to decay.  According to reports, additional work was needed due to poor oral hygiene.

Zachary, 23 months of age, was not walking correctly as it was very hard for him to keep his balance.  At the time of custody, he was wearing diapers and reported as having poor hygiene.  Zachary was drinking from a bottle and was not able to talk.

Lily, 3 months of age, appeared smaller than her stated age.  Reportedly, the child was vomiting more than normal.  Once the child was placed, Lily was found to be lactose intolerant.  In addition, the doctors noted that the child's head was flat, which indicated that she had been left for long periods of time in a car seat, on a couch or in a swing.
