Well I do not know where to start other then just at the beginning. Well the last things I actually put on here was about my criminal charges that I had not been to court on. Well as of this date I have been to that court session. The judge did exactly as I expected...yes you guessed it. The same thing as usual. Ruled against me. And I had to face charges. So I go to court on that day and upon walking in to the court there of course are the three therapists standing there. Well when we walked up the judge asks them what they saw as wrong and what happened..and they tell the judge that I "was yelling" that they perjured themselves..and then I then at the end stated that I was going to go to their office. And then the judge said then what happened or was said. And she told the judge that she did not know **mind you I was yelling as she told the judge**. So he then asks my attorney what he has to say. Well he said that he had read over the code of va and made sure but that in order for it to be obstruction of justice that I would have had to do it during a court hearing and/or a final decision. And then said "as you have heard from these witnesses it was after a court hearing and a final decision so I am asking for you to strike this!"
So the judge rules that he feels that I already did harm by saying something and he is going to not only not strike it but sentence me and give me criminal charges. Because of what reason? Hmm let me see. because the people apparantly had a guilty conscience cuz I said that "PEOPLE" (keyword People) were perjuring themselves and if it would have been me then I would be in jail. So I listened to what he said and he said that I had obstructed justice because that did not mean that what I had said did not already mess up any future hearings and so I went to raise my hand and he ignored me cuz I was going to make him aware that there were no more future hearings where they had to testify cuz it was going through the appealant court.
Then I had to be finger printed and have mug shots. And for what? All over making a comment that was within my rights as a US citizen about people perjuring themselves. What I find funny is how did they know i was speaking in reference to them if they had a guilty conscience and knew that they had lied. **AS I DID**...and then who do these people think that they are? GOD!! So they violated my constitutional rights and my civil rights and I think that i aim to take it to court. AS of now I am still doing my community services and I have 140 some hours left out of 235. So I am going to take legal proceedings to get the charge taken off. I mean I did something for my communnity so I am not stressing that. I am working my hours at a homeless shelter and helping people in need and that makes me feel good when I go home. That I helped someone. And that I might have made a difference in someone's life.
