Now as you may well see I requested for visits...but still to this day I have received nothing. Through it all I am managing to get through it.  By the grace of god and my prayers that is what keeps me strong.  Sometimes I feel overwhelmed but there is nothing that is too hard when it comes to my kids.  I want to be the best parent that a kid can have and I know that I can.  I have proven myself time and time again.  But this is the letter in which I sent to them.

**Also keep in mind that this is my letter and to follow will be hers...but I have asked and I have received no visits at this certain point...so the dates on this hold true**

Fact:  I have requested for visitations...but when I have done so I get ignored.  The letter that is going to follow my letter is the letter in which the worker sent back to me.  I sent her a copy of the letter certified. 

Even now after that letter that I sent and she sent me one back she is still telling people that I still do not request for any visits.  Which proof in this document states otherwise.

Dear Mrs. *****,

Over the past several weeks, I have called you and made repeated requests for you to schedule visitations for me to see my children, Keghan, Zachary and Lily.  However, you have given me one "excuse" after another and this still has not happened.

The last time that I had a visit with Keghan was on April 21st, 2004 and my last visitation with Zachary was on April 14th, 2004.  It is my understanding from officials within the court system that my visitations with my children should still be ongoing.  In the first place, it is not fair nor is it in the best interests of my children for visitations with me to stop abruptly.  Secondly, as you know, the court case is still not settled as I have filed an appeal and that is yet to be resolved.

The last visit I had with Lily was April 29th, 2004.  As you are aware, on April 19th, 2004, Judge ******* ordered that I should have visitations with Lily and that those visits should be arranged through social services and should continue until the hearing date on sept. 2nd, 2004.  There is a court order directing that this be done.  However, despite my requests to you to arrange these visitations, this still has not been done.

I would be very appreciative if you would arrange visitations with Keghan, Zachary and Lily immediately.  As you can certainly understand, I love my children and miss them very much and want to see them as much as possible.  You can reach me at 999-9999 to coordinate times.  Thank you.
